1. Original Notification of Result (or Payment Receipt)
2. Duly Completed Online Graduating Students Clearance Form
3. Payment Receipt of ₦53,500 for Certificate & Convocation Package
4. Recent Academic Profile
5. Alumni Payment Receipt – ₦1,000
6. Faculty Clearance to Prove Return/Non-Collection of Academic Gown & Cap
7. Valid Means of Identification

a. Original Notification of Result (or Payment Receipt)
