JAMB Extends 2025 UTME Pin Vending Deadline – Here is all you need to know.
The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has extended the 2025 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) pin vending deadline.
Candidates now have until 8th March 2025 to purchase their e-PINs and complete their registration for the examination.
JAMB announced the extension following concerns raised by prospective candidates over difficulties in obtaining the UTME registration PINs before the initial deadline.
The decision is aimed at ensuring that all eligible candidates have ample opportunity to complete their registration process without unnecessary pressure.
How to Purchase JAMB 2025 UTME e-PIN
Candidates who have not yet obtained their UTME e-PINs should follow these steps:
- Visit an Accredited Bank or Outlet: Buy the 2025 UTME e-PIN from designated banks such as Zenith Bank, First Bank, Access Bank, and other accredited outlets.
- Use Online Payment Platforms: Candidates can also buy their PINs through online platforms, including Quickteller, Remita, and USSD options from supported mobile networks.
- Receive e-PIN via SMS: After successful payment, the UTME e-PIN will be sent to the candidate’s registered phone number.
- Proceed to JAMB CBT Centre for Registration: Candidates must visit an accredited Computer-Based Test (CBT) centre to complete their registration with the purchased e-PIN.
